Gardening Program Trains Children with Special Needs in Self-Reliance

Hana Bank has partnered with Komunitas Lovely Hands to implement a program focused on empowering children with special needs through gardening, aiming to develop their skills and independence. This initiative, celebrated during National Children's Day, utilizes gardening as a tool to cultivate future productivity and self-reliance.

The program receives financial support from Hana Bank for the gardening activities managed by Komunitas Lovely Hands in North Jakarta. The community specifically supports children with special needs from underprivileged families. Sumia, Chief Human Capital and Operation Officer at Hana Bank, stated that the bank's support is intended to help these children develop capabilities for greater independence.
