Ghana launches new digital system to enhance workplace safety and compliance

Ghana's Ministry of Labour, Jobs and Employment is set to introduce a new digital system aimed at modernizing labor administration. The National Workplace Compliance and Safety Management System (NWCSMS) will transform the current largely manual and paper-based processes into an integrated, data-driven, and risk-based digital platform.

The initiative seeks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in managing workplace compliance and safety across the country. By leveraging technology, the ministry intends to move away from traditional methods towards a more streamlined and responsive approach.
