Golf: Yu Chun-An finishes 4th at Wyndham Championship, best result this season

Taiwanese golfer Yu Chun-An achieved his best result of the season, securing fourth place at the PGA Wyndham Championship. He finished the final round with a score of 66, bringing his total to 262, 16 strokes under par. The 27-year-old has had a fluctuating performance this season, with a previous best of seventh place at the Texas Open in April. Last week, he tied for 31st at the PGA Rocket Mortgage Classic. At the Wyndham Championship, Yu started strong, carding 65 and 68 in the first two rounds, and even reached seventh place after a spectacular third round where he shot a 65. In the final round, Yu played aggressively on the front nine, sinking four birdies without any bogeys, which initially boosted his ranking. However, his momentum slowed on the back nine, where he added only one more birdie and incurred one bogey. Ultimately, he completed the final round with four birdies and one bogey, for a score of 66, four under par. The tournament was won by American Michael Brennan, who shot a 64 in the final round to finish at 258. Beau Hossler came in second, with a score of 261.
