GoTo Group has earned the top spot as Indonesia's Best Employer in the technology sector for 2026, according to a study by market research firm Statista and Tempo magazine. The company, which oversees major digital platforms like GoPay and Gojek, also secured the third position overall among Indonesian companies, reflecting high levels of employee satisfaction and positive perception.

The study, a first-time collaboration between Tempo and Statista, evaluated over 2,000 companies with at least 200 employees, drawing on insights from more than 6,000 respondents across various industries. The assessment considered direct employee recommendations, professional perceptions of other companies, and comprehensive indicators such as work culture, career development, and corporate image.
