Gov Ododo bans night arrests in Kogi

Kogi State Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo has banned night arrests across the state, warning security operatives not to invade homes under the cover of darkness.

Ododo gave the order while addressing first-class chiefs at the Banquet Hall of the Government House in Lokoja.

Stakeholders described the directive as one of the governor’s strongest measures in support of residents.
