Grupo Yaguarete wins top environmental sustainability award at Expo Paraguay 2026

Grupo Yaguarete has been honored with the award for the best stand in environmental sustainability at Expo Paraguay 2026. The recognition celebrates the company's dedication to sustainability, innovation, and national development. The award ceremony took place at the ARP Convention Center, attended by national authorities and key figures from Paraguay's productive sectors.

The group's stand, designed under the concept "The Shape of All Possibilities," actively demonstrated circular economy principles. Materials from the previous year's expo were recovered and repurposed, showcasing how everyday paper, cardboard, and packaging can be integrated into the production cycle. This approach not only communicated circularity but also put it into practice, offering visitors a unique experience.

Andreas Neufeld, President and General Manager of Grupo Yaguarete, explained that the stand aimed to show how innovation and sustainability are integral to their business practices. The exhibit featured stations dedicated to the group''s various solutions, interactive experiences for families, a section on the circular economy, and a collaborative installation called "The Sustainable City." This installation invited visitors to contribute a piece to collectively build a city made of cardboard, further emphasizing the group's role as an industrial ecosystem integrating recycling, production, packaging, logistics, and sustainable solutions for diverse sectors.
