Gvardiol Faces Competition for Starting Spot at Manchester City Under New Coach

Joško Gvardiol, one of Croatia's most valuable footballers, faces an uncertain future regarding his starting role at Manchester City under the new management of Enzo Maresca. Despite signing a contract extension until 2031, Gvardiol's place in the first team is not guaranteed, signaling a shift in dynamics following Pep Guardiola's departure.

Maresca, who previously served as an assistant coach at City, is known for his tactical approach, often employing a 3-2-4-1 formation during possession.
