However, documents secured by Sabah unequivocally demonstrate that Ümit Erkol held a position as Deputy Chairman of the Gaziemir Housing Cooperative and possessed explicit signatory authority. These documents, featuring his wet-ink signatures on numerous board decisions, directly contradict Özel's claims and expose the falsehood of his statement.
