This program empowers consumers to view detailed billing information, understand tariff structures, and track their consumption patterns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

A key feature is the Consumption Assessment Tool. By answering a few questions about their habits, home characteristics, and appliances, customers receive a personalized report. This report outlines their household consumption profile and provides practical guidelines for improving efficiency and adopting sustainable practices.

DEWA also offers a High Water Usage Alert service, which instantly notifies customers of unusual consumption spikes, enabling prompt action to fix leaks and reduce water loss. Additionally, the 'Away Mode' feature sends regular consumption reports via email, allowing users to detect abnormal patterns even when they are not home. These tools aim to help residents manage their usage effectively and promote sustainability.
