The young footballer, identified as Armand, intervened when his teammates were targeted, attempting to defend them against the escalating abuse. This act of solidarity unfortunately led to him becoming the victim of a violent assault. He was rushed to the hospital, where medical professionals diagnosed a broken nose and head injuries resulting from multiple blows to the face.

The severity of the racism encountered has deeply affected the young players and their families.
