Huế Appoints Numerous New Department and Sector Directors

The Huế City Party Committee and the City People's Committee have organized a conference to announce and implement a series of personnel decisions, involving the transfer, assignment, and appointment of numerous key leaders across city departments, sectors, and local authorities. This move signals a significant restructuring of the city's administrative leadership.

At the conference, the Organization Department of the Huế City Party Committee announced the decisions of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Chairman of the City People's Committee regarding the transfer, assignment, and appointment of cadres.

During the conference on July 1, the Organization Department of the Huế City Party Committee officially announced the decisions made by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Chairman of the City People's Committee. These decisions cover the appointment and introduction of candidates for leadership and management positions.

Several key departmental heads have seen changes. Trần Quốc Thắng, formerly the Chief of the City Party Committee Office, has been appointed as the Director of the Department of Home Affairs. Nguyễn Văn Hưng, previously the Director of the Department of Justice, will now serve as the Chief of the City Party Committee Office. Bà Nguyễn Thị Châu, the Principal of the Nguyễn Chí Thanh Political School, has been appointed as the Director of the Department of Justice.

Mr. Trần Quốc Thắng (Member of the City Party Committee, Chief of the City Party Committee Office) was transferred, received, and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs.

Further appointments include Hoàng Đăng Khoa as the Principal of the Nguyễn Chí Thanh Political School, Phan Thanh Hải as the Director of the Huế Radio and Television, Lê Minh Nhân as the Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, and Lê Văn Cường as the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment. The city is also rotating key officials at the grassroots level and within mass organizations, with Nguyễn Tấn Trọng appointed as Secretary of the Quảng Điền Commune Party Committee and Lê Ngọc Bảo assigned as Secretary of the An Cựu Ward Party Committee.
