I’ve kept my promise of good governance -Adeleke

Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has promised to elevate his administration's performance if re-elected, asserting that his government has already fulfilled its 2022 campaign pledges.

During a campaign tour in Erin-Osun and Ilobu, Adeleke told supporters that while his administration delivered good governance, the people have yet to see the full extent of his plans. "We will do much more for Osun State," he declared, seeking a renewed mandate.

I appreciate your support. When we came here in 2022, I promised you good governance, and I have fulfilled what I promised. But the people have not seen anything yet. We will do much more for Osun State.

The governor's campaign received a significant boost from local stakeholders. Former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Lasun Yusuf, representing leaders in Irepodun Local Government, expressed full confidence in Adeleke's administration and predicted an "overwhelming victory" in the upcoming August 15 governorship election.

Traditional rulers also offered their blessings and support. The Elerin of Erin-Osun, Oba Yusuf Adekunle, and the Olobu of Ilobu, Oba Ashiru Olatoye, both prayed for Adeleke's success and assured him of the unwavering support of their communities. They expressed confidence that the governor would continue to drive development across Osun State.
