ID42NER National Jamboree Celebrates 19 Years, Ignites Motorsport Spirit

The Toyota Fortuner Club of Indonesia (ID42NER) celebrated its 19th anniversary and hosted its 5th National Jamboree in Tangerang, Banten, bringing together approximately 300 members and 100 vehicles under the theme “Stronger Together.” The event served as a crucial platform for strengthening the bonds of friendship, solidarity, and togetherness among its members spread across Indonesia.

Beyond fostering camaraderie, the jamboree featured a diverse range of activities designed to engage participants. These included a padel competition, a city tour combined with a tree-planting initiative, an automotive exhibition, live music, and a special service program at an official Toyota dealer. A major highlight was the coaching clinic led by Amato Rudolph, a national touring car racer from Toyota GAZOO Racing Indonesia (TGRI).

During the clinic, participants gained valuable insights into the world of motorsport, safe driving practices, vehicle dynamics, and racing experiences. ID42NER President Djoko Wiyono emphasized that the event was more than just a gathering of Toyota Fortuner owners; it was a testament to the enduring brotherhood built over nearly two decades. He noted the relevance of Rudolph's presence in connecting members with Toyota's motorsport DNA through GAZOO Racing.

Wiyono further explained that the coaching clinic resonated with many ID42NER members who share a passion for high-adrenaline automotive activities like off-roading and touring races. This aligns with the GAZOO Racing spirit of continuously pushing limits. Currently, ID42NER boasts 27 chapters and over 3,000 active members nationwide. The community actively engages in social, educational, and environmental preservation programs, demonstrating a commitment beyond just automotive hobbies.
