A bomb threat disrupted the first day of school at SDN Srengseng Sawah 15 in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, on Monday, July 13, 2026.

The threat was communicated through a WhatsApp message sent to teachers and staff of the school. The message claimed that bombs were placed at 11 locations within the school premises. Following the report, police, including the Gegana bomb squad and Densus 88 counter-terrorism unit, immediately launched a search of the school grounds.
