Impact Service Festival to Engage Bandung Community

Bandung, West Java, will host the AHU Impact Service Festival from August 29-31, 2026. This initiative by the Directorate General of General Legal Administration (Ditjen AHU) under the Ministry of Law aims to bring legal administration services closer to the community.

The festival offers a streamlined experience, allowing the public to access various legal administration services without needing to visit multiple offices. All services will be consolidated at the Trans Hotel and Atrium Trans Mall in Bandung, creating a convenient one-stop location for consultations and information.

Attendees can participate in coaching clinics, explore digital service simulations, and receive on-the-spot assistance for services that meet the required criteria. The event is designed not just as an exhibition but as a practical space for the public to understand, engage with, and resolve their legal administration needs.

Widodo, Director General of General Legal Administration, encouraged the public to bring their legal administration issues to the festival for consultation and resolution, provided they fall within the directorate's authority and meet the necessary requirements. The festival is expected to be attended by the Minister of Law, Supratman Andi Agtas, and will feature services from five directorates, including business entity registration, fiduciary and notary services, citizenship, apostille, and civil servant investigator services.
