Indonesia Ministry: STC Right to Build Cannot Be Extended; Pekanbaru Govt Complied with Rules

Indonesia's Ministry of Home Affairs has firmly stated that the Right to Build (Hak Guna Bangunan or HGB) for STC cannot be extended, reinforcing the legal framework governing regional assets. This declaration clarifies the status of the land and its management, emphasizing adherence to established regulations.

The Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) has backed the Pekanbaru City Government's stance, confirming that their actions align with the applicable laws and procedures.
