Indonesia sends only four representatives to China Masters as players focus on Asian Games

Indonesia will take a reduced squad to the China Masters 2026, with only four representatives entered in the BWF Super 750 tournament in Shenzhen from September 1 to 6. The decision reflects the proximity of the event to the Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, which run from September 19 to October 4.

Indonesia’s entries consist of men’s singles player Jonatan Christie and three men’s doubles pairs: Sabar Karyaman Gutama and Moh Reza Pahlevi Isfahani, Leo Rolly Carnando and Daniel Marthin, and Ali Faathir Rayhan and Devi Artha Wahyudi.
