Indonesian Prosecutors' Office Addresses Unlisted Luxury Home of Former Official

Indonesia's Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) has responded to questions surrounding a luxury house in Sentul, Bogor, owned by former Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes, Febrie Adriansyah. The property was reportedly not included in Adriansyah's official State Wealth Report (LHKPN) submitted to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

Anang Supriatna, Head of Kejagung's Legal Information Center, clarified that the submission of LHKPNs to the KPK is a personal obligation for each prosecutor. He stated that Kejagung's role is limited to verifying whether prosecutors have submitted their reports, not the specifics of their declared assets.

"First, I don't know. LHKPN is personal, reporting to the KPK. We only record whether the person concerned has proof of reporting, that's all," Supriatna told reporters on Wednesday.

Previously, Febrie Adriansyah acknowledged ownership of the house, which was searched by the Polri's Anti-Corruption Task Force and the Polda Metro Jaya Special Criminal Investigation Directorate. Despite his admission, the Sentul property was not listed on the LHKPN he filed on March 7, 2026. His report only detailed five land and building properties in South Jakarta, South Tangerang, and Bandung.

During the search of the Sentul house, investigators reportedly discovered Rp476 billion in cash and 74 kilograms of gold bars. The Kejagung has issued three new investigation orders related to Febrie Adriansyah's case, though no suspects have been named yet.
