Indro Warkop Releases Heartfelt Song "Dan Aku Rindu" Ahead of New Film

Ahead of the film "Warkop DKI Viralin Doooong..!!" release, Falcon Pictures has unveiled a touching surprise: a new song titled "Dan Aku Rindu" (And I Miss You), performed by Indro Warkop, the sole surviving member of the iconic Indonesian comedy group Warkop DKI.

This song serves as a personal outlet for Indro to express his profound and long-held feelings of longing for his former colleagues. He emphasized that creating "Dan Aku Rindu" was not merely a commercial endeavor but a spiritual necessity, a way to honestly share his inner emotions with the public. The warm reception has deeply moved him, making him feel supported in cherishing the memory of his friends.

"I am very happy because the audience can accept this and, more importantly, respond to it as I feel it. How much I miss them. Honestly, this song is based on my desire to say, I am still here, there are still fans, not because of me alone but because of them too (Dono, Kasino, Nanu, and Rudy Badil), and I will never forget all of that," Indro stated. "Therefore, I miss you all so much, I want to say Mas Don, Kas, Nanu, Rudy, we are still existing now all because of you all. For that, I really miss you all."

The song's lyrics and melody convey Indro's yearning for his departed Warkop DKI companions. The creative process was special, with Indro collaborating on the song's creation with Darmawan (Dado) and Nurul Huda Manshur (Nanang).
