Iran warns Gulf states of regional energy infrastructure attack if U.S. strikes

Iran has issued a stern warning to Gulf states, stating that any renewed American attack on their territory would prompt a retaliatory strike against vital energy infrastructure throughout the region. This diplomatic alert follows recent threats made by U.S. President Donald Trump to target Iran's energy network and infrastructure.

Sources close to the matter revealed that Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi engaged in high-level diplomatic discussions with his counterparts from Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Qatar. He also conferred with the chief of the Pakistani army. During these talks, Araghchi urged Washington's allies in the Gulf to leverage their influence over Trump to dissuade him from launching further attacks.

Diplomatic sources indicated that Araghchi emphasized Iran's preparedness to respond to any aggression. However, he also stressed that pursuing a diplomatic resolution remains the most effective path to avert a wider escalation and prevent destruction across the region.
