It remains unclear if there were any fatalities directly from this specific strike.

The Israeli military also asserted that it had warned Gaza's health authorities on Thursday about the "prohibition of using medical facilities for terrorist purposes" and stated that "the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) will act against any threat if such activity continues." Separately, Israeli forces killed a Palestinian and injured three others in an attack targeting a cyclist in Gaza City. The deceased was identified as 24-year-old Raed Adel Mohamad Alyan. These incidents occur despite a ceasefire that has been in place since October 2025, with the Gaza Health Ministry reporting that Israeli attacks have resulted in 1,313 deaths and 4,361 injuries since that time. Over the longer term, since the start of the offensive nearly three years ago, Israeli forces have reportedly killed 73,449 Palestinians and injured 174,472 in Gaza.
