Istanbul Transport Services Opens Tender for Seasonal Tire Purchase, Replacement and Storage

Istanbul Ulaşım Hizmetleri ve Araç Kiralama A.Ş. has issued an open tender for the purchase, replacement and storage of summer and winter tires. The procurement will follow the open tender procedure under Article 19 of Turkey’s Public Procurement Law No. 4734.

The tender registration number is 2026/1357348. Electronic bids will be opened at 11 a.m. on September 29, 2026, in the meeting room of the company’s general directorate in Yeşilköy, Bakırköy, Istanbul. Tender documents can be viewed and downloaded through the EKAP public procurement platform.

The contract covers the purchase of summer and winter tires, tire storage and tire replacement services at locations designated by the administration within Istanbul’s provincial boundaries. The service period will last 12 months from the start date, and the contractor must begin work within three days after the contract is signed.

Applicants must submit a bid letter, documents proving their authority to bid, a provisional guarantee and, where applicable, a joint-venture declaration. The notice sets no separate economic or financial qualification requirements. Bidders must, however, provide evidence of relevant work experience completed under a paid contract during the past five years, amounting to at least 25% of the proposed bid value.
