Jakarta Fair 2026 to feature large prayer room, aims for 6 million visitors

Jakarta Fair Kemayoran (JFK) 2026 is set to enhance visitor experience with a new, expansive 1,000-square-meter prayer room located on the fourth floor of the JIExpo Central Commercial Building. This facility aims to accommodate the spiritual needs of Muslim visitors during the exhibition.

Organizers announced that the Jakarta Fair 2026 will run for 32 days, from June 11 to July 12, a longer duration than the previous year. The event aims to attract over six million visitors and generate transaction values approaching Rp8 trillion, surpassing the 5.9 million visitors and Rp7.3 trillion recorded in 2025.

The fair will feature approximately 2,800 participants, with 45 percent being micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM). Attendees can expect a wide array of products from sectors including automotive, electronics, fashion, home goods, culinary, crafts, and services. Entertainment options will include music concerts, amusement rides, carnival parades, and fireworks displays.

Notable musical acts scheduled to perform include Slank, Hindia, Sal Priadi, Kotak, Tipe-X, The Changcuters, Fiersa Besari, Juicy Luicy, Superman Is Dead, Endank Soekamti, JKT48, and NDX AKA. The Jakarta Provincial Government views the fair as a key event in the city's 499th anniversary celebrations, expecting it to boost economic activity and draw visitors from across the country.
