Jandor reaffirms loyalty to APC, backs Tinubu for 2027 elections

Olajide Adediran, widely recognized as Jandor and the leader of the Lagos4Lagos Movement, has officially reaffirmed the group's unwavering loyalty to the All Progressives Congress (APC). This declaration signifies a strong commitment to President Bola Tinubu and all party candidates contesting in the 2027 general elections.

The commitment was formalized during a strategic meeting that convened key figures within the movement. Attendees included the State Apex Leaders, State Executive Council members, Local Government Chairmen, and Women and Youth Leaders, representing all 57 Local Government Areas and Local Council Development Areas in Lagos State. The meeting, presided over by Jandor, served as a platform to assess the current political landscape and express satisfaction with the demonstrated unity and dedication of members throughout the state.

Funke Ijayekunle, the Central Coordinator of the movement, lauded the members for their resilience and commitment. She highlighted the significant strengthening of the group's organizational structures, extending from the polling unit level up to the state leadership, in preparation for the 2027 electoral contests. "Lagos4Lagos remains a united and dependable pillar within our great party," Ijayekunle stated. "We remain loyal and committed to our leader, Dr Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, JANDOR."

Ijayekunle further affirmed the movement's intention to mobilize its extensive grassroots network in full support of the APC once official directives are issued by the party leadership. She urged members to maintain discipline, unity, and a sharp focus on bolstering the party's presence at every level. Expressing strong confidence, she anticipates significant electoral victories for the APC in the 2027 general elections. The movement also reiterated its dedication to endorsing the policies of the Tinubu administration and broadening the party's grassroots support base throughout Lagos State.
