Janmat Party to hold second general convention in September

The Janmat Party, under the leadership of Dr. C.K. Raut, is preparing to convene its second general convention next month. The key political gathering is slated to take place on September 25 and 26, marking a significant event for the party's organizational development.

A recent secretariat meeting established a timeline for the preparatory stages. Party officials have set a deadline of September 6 to finalize all ward and municipality-level processes. This ensures that the groundwork is laid for a smooth and inclusive convention.

Eligibility for participation as convention delegates or candidates is tied to active membership status. The party has emphasized that only members who have renewed their affiliation by paying the requisite fee will qualify. Consequently, party cadres have been actively encouraged to complete their membership renewal promptly.

Further decisions regarding the convention's proceedings will be discussed at a subsequent secretariat meeting scheduled for September 7, following the completion of the membership renewal drive.
