JAPFA Opens 2026 Scholarship Program, Offering More Than Just Education Funds

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (JAPFA), in collaboration with the Edu Farmers International Foundation, has launched the "JAPFA For the Nation Scholarship Cohort 2026." This initiative extends beyond financial aid, providing recipients with comprehensive development including leadership training, mentorship, and practical experience in executing social projects.

Rachmat Indrajaya, Director of JAPFA, emphasized the company's commitment to education as an investment in Indonesia's future. "We believe that investing in education is investing in Indonesia's future," he stated. "Through the JAPFA For the Nation Scholarship, we aim not only to help students continue their education but also to equip them with the knowledge, leadership skills, and values needed to become agents of change who can contribute positively to society."

The scholarship package includes educational funding, leadership development sessions, industry insights, a mentoring program, professional networking opportunities, and hands-on experience in designing and implementing social projects. Yahja Djanggola, Chairman of Edu Farmers International Foundation, highlighted the program's holistic approach. "Together with JAPFA, we want to provide a holistic scholarship experience," Yahja said. "Continuous mentorship and the application of social initiatives will foster participants' growth into resilient leaders ready to contribute to their respective regions."

This year's scholarship program features two application tracks: an internal category for children of JAPFA employees at the high school and university levels, and an external category for active university students across Indonesia. All applicants will undergo a selection process evaluating academic achievement, leadership potential, and commitment to personal growth and community contribution. Applications are open from July 10 to August 16, 2026, with detailed information available on the program's official portal.
