Jeff Stelling tips Arsenal to retain Premier League title

Veteran Sky Sports broadcaster Jeff Stelling has backed Arsenal to win the Premier League title this season, identifying them as the team to beat. Stelling asserts that Mikel Arteta's squad enters the campaign as clear favorites, arguing that their closest competitors have failed to make significant enough improvements to surpass them.
