Jetour T2 i-DM SUV Launched in Indonesia for Rp 688 Million

PT Jetour Sales Indonesia officially introduced the Jetour T2 i-DM plug-in hybrid SUV at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2026. Priced at Rp 688 million on the road in Jakarta, this vehicle marks Jetour's latest offering in the adventure-oriented SUV segment.

The launch signifies the company's commitment to expanding its electrified vehicle lineup in Indonesia, integrating its Intelligent Dual Mode (i-DM) technology with the rugged character of an SUV. Caroline Ling, President Director of PT Jetour Sales Indonesia, highlighted the T2 i-DM's importance in ushering in a new era of "Adventure SUVs" for the Indonesian market. She expressed confidence that the model will appeal to consumers seeking a strong adventure capability without compromising efficiency and flexibility for daily commutes or longer journeys.

The Jetour T2 i-DM is an evolution of the previously released Jetour T2. Globally, the T2 model has achieved significant sales, exceeding 500,000 units in 33 months. In Indonesia, the T2 has been a major sales contributor, even leading sales for Chinese internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles in the first half of 2026. The plug-in hybrid version is equipped with a fifth-generation ACTECO 1.5 TGDI engine, an 18.4 kWh CATL LFP battery, a 3-Speed Dedicated Hybrid Transmission, and dual electric motors. This powertrain combination is reported to offer a driving range of over 1,200 kilometers on a full charge and a full fuel tank.
