Jigawa gov suspends aide, reinstates another amid APC crisis

Jigawa State Governor Umar Namadi has taken action amidst internal political maneuvering, suspending Sule A. Musa, the Special Assistant on Education Monitoring for Auyo Local Government Area, indefinitely. The governor also lifted the suspension of Basiru Abdullahi, known as “Optimistic,” reinstating him as Special Assistant on Health Monitoring for Kafin Hausa Local Government Area.

These personnel changes, effective immediately, were announced by the Secretary to the State Government, Bala Ibrahim. Musa's role involved monitoring education projects and teacher attendance, while Abdullahi's responsibilities included overseeing primary healthcare centers and immunization programs. The government has not publicly stated the reasons for Musa's suspension.
