Wrestling superstar and actor John Cena has revealed he underwent a hair transplant, a decision prompted by fan jokes about his baldness. The 49-year-old shared that he initiated his hair restoration journey in 2024 after seeing signs like "Bald John Cena" at WWE events.

Cena opted for a follicular unit extraction (FUE) procedure at the Anderson Center for Hair in Atlanta. He has also adopted additional hair care practices, including red light therapy, vitamins, and specialized shampoo and conditioner, to maintain the results.

He admitted that he wished he had addressed the issue sooner, stating, "I hate that if there wasn't so much shame around it, I would have done it ten years ago." Cena believes the hair transplant has "completely changed his life" and enhanced his confidence, particularly as he focuses on his acting career.
