Poland’s Journal of Laws dated Sept. 1, 2026, contains items 1152 through 1161, covering changes across construction, public services, finance, aviation and environmental regulation.

The issue includes a July 31 law amending rules governing the professional self-government bodies of architects and construction engineers, as well as the Construction Law. Another July 31 law changes legislation on volunteer fire brigades.

The Justice Ministry also amended procedures and the authority responsible for pension provisions for Prison Service officers and eligible family members. The issue includes updated rules on information that investment firms, state-owned banks conducting brokerage activities, certain banks and custodian banks must provide to the Financial Supervision Authority.

Other measures address sustainable aviation, water law, the removal of flood damage and the protection of agricultural and forest land. A separate law changes commercial quality standards for agricultural and food products. The Council of Ministers amended the list of companies used by the Military Property Agency to carry out its tasks, while the Finance and Economy Ministry published consolidated texts covering financial-market reporting and VAT registration documents.
