Kafil Al Yatim Sets Example with Eid al-Adha Aid

The Kafil Al Yatim association in Chorfa, Bouira province, has once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting disadvantaged populations during the Eid al-Adha holiday. The organization mobilized to bring joy and comfort to vulnerable members of society, particularly orphans, their families, and widows.

Over several days, the association distributed no fewer than 450 packages of assorted clothing to beneficiaries registered on their lists. Mokrane Bahloul, vice-president of Kafil Al Yatim, stated that the recipients themselves chose the clothing items. In addition to clothing, the charity provided a significant amount of fresh meat. The association acquired approximately 623 kg of meat, costing over one million dinars, which was distributed to the registered beneficiaries.

Local butchers generously assisted by preparing and packaging the meat under optimal sanitary conditions before delivery to the families and guardians of orphans, as well as widows. Further contributing to the effort, private donors provided an additional 36 kg of meat for distribution to the needy in the community.
