Kaunas police seek man in connection with stolen bicycle

Police in Kaunas, Lithuania, are seeking the public's help to identify a man seen on surveillance footage in connection with a bicycle theft. The incident, which occurred recently, resulted in property damage estimated at approximately 216 euros.

Investigators have released an image of the man captured by surveillance cameras, believing he may possess information vital to the ongoing inquiry. The Kaunas District Police Department is urging anyone who recognizes the individual, knows his whereabouts, or has any relevant information to come forward.
