The company's specialists observed a significant decrease in Telegram traffic at key international peering points located in Frankfurt and Moscow. Crucially, Kazakhtelecom stated that its own internal infrastructure showed no signs of accidents, technical failures, or other issues, indicating the problem lies externally.
