KDM has not received official notification of Wetrom joining BN | Utusan Malaysia (MY)

The Parti Kesejahteraan Demokratik Masyarakat (KDM) has stated it has received no official notification regarding its Deputy President, Wetrom Bahanda, potentially joining Barisan Nasional (BN). KDM President Priscella Peter clarified that, as of now, Wetrom Bahanda continues to serve as the party's Deputy President.

Wetrom Bahanda, who also serves as the Member of Parliament for Kota Marudu, has not formally communicated any intention to switch parties to KDM leadership. The party is awaiting official confirmation or communication from Bahanda himself regarding his political affiliations.

Until such official notification is received, KDM maintains that Bahanda's position within the party remains unchanged. The statement addresses speculation surrounding Bahanda's potential move to BN, emphasizing the lack of formal confirmation from the party's perspective.
