Kim Long Motor and Viettel Post partner to develop green transport ecosystem

Kim Long Motor and Viettel Post have officially signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement, marking a significant step in combining the strengths of two leading Vietnamese enterprises in automotive manufacturing and logistics technology.

The immediate focus of the partnership will be the trial deployment of KIMLONG-branded electric vans and trucks in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to develop a green transportation ecosystem and meet future energy transition trends.

We identify Viettel Post as a strategic partner in the process of expanding and improving the efficiency of the distribution system.

Under the agreement, Viettel Post will leverage its extensive customer base to introduce Kim Long Motor's commercial vehicles into its internal systems and to its existing clients in logistics, e-commerce, and various communities. Internationally, Viettel's global network will serve as a platform for exporting Kim Long Motor products.

Beyond vehicle distribution, the collaboration extends to logistics and end-to-end supply chains. Both companies will work together on express delivery services, internal transport, and trade. They will also jointly develop a network of charging and battery-swapping stations for electric vehicles within Viettel Post's managed areas, further solidifying their commitment to a sustainable transportation future.
