We are celebrating today, with full pride and satisfaction, the 27th anniversary of our ascension to the throne. Twenty-seven years have passed since God willed that I assume the responsibility of leading you. It is a great trust and a heavy responsibility.

The King highlighted that Morocco's political and institutional stability is a rare asset in a volatile region, serving as a crucial foundation for development. He pointed to the nation's strong institutions and its ability to organize major international events as evidence of its efficiency and growing global admiration, even sparking envy in some quarters.

I have never sought personal glory or recognition for a leading role, continentally or internationally. All that concerns me is fulfilling the trust of serving you and enabling all Moroccans to live a free and dignified life.

Morocco has demonstrated significant capacity in crisis management, notably through proactive flood control measures in affected regions. The King noted positive economic indicators, with growth projected at 4.9% for 2025, supported by favorable agricultural seasons enhancing water and food security. The country is solidifying its position as an investment hub for industry, tourism, and finance, with sectors like automotive, aviation, renewable energy, and food processing forming key pillars of its economy.
