KOL Summit 2026 Ends with Pledge to Build Digital Trust

The second national KOL Summit in Ho Chi Minh City ended with a mass signing ceremony built around a single promise: “Joining hands to build digital trust.” Artists, KOLs, KOCs, content creators, regulators and digital platform representatives signed the pledge on stage, while the organizers invited the audience to take part using their phones.

The organizers said each signature represented more than support for a conference initiative. It reflected the responsibility of influential figures toward the wider community and a shared commitment to making Vietnam’s digital environment safer, healthier, more civilized and more humane.

The summit brought together more than 1,500 participants. Its program included two parallel thematic sessions in the morning and a plenary session in the afternoon, with more than 30 presentations, exchanges and discussions. The event focused on pressing issues in the digital space, including artificial intelligence, misinformation, the crisis of trust, digital influence and the future of creative work.

At the closing session, Lieutenant General Lê Xuân Minh, head of the Ministry of Public Security’s Department of Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention, said digital trust forms the foundation of a reliable digital society and places a direct obligation on influential people. “Every word, every piece of content, and every action we take contributes to building that trust,” he said.

Lê Xuân Minh said artists, KOLs, KOCs and content creators do more than set trends. They also represent inspiration and values to audiences that may number in the thousands or even millions. The signatures displayed on a large screen at the venue underlined the summit’s central message: influence carries responsibility.
