The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has assured that the investigation into former Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes Febrie Adriansyah is proceeding professionally. Febrie is facing allegations of corruption and money laundering.

KPK Deputy for Coordination and Supervision, Ely Kusumastuti, addressed Febrie's assertion that he is being criminalized. "I don't think so, the investigators will surely be professional in carrying out their duties," Ely stated. She emphasized that the KPK has maintained intensive coordination since the case was initially handled by the Jakarta Metropolitan Police and subsequently transferred to the Attorney General's Office.
