KPK Spokesperson Responds to Witness's Defamation Report

The Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has addressed a police report filed against its spokesperson by Faizal Assegaf, a witness in a bribery case involving the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo stated that the commission respects Assegaf's constitutional right to file the report and expressed confidence that the police will handle it objectively and professionally.
