Kyrgyz police find five drug-impaired drivers in two-day crackdown

In a targeted effort to enhance road safety, Kyrgyz police have identified five drivers operating vehicles while under the influence of drugs within a span of just two days. The operation, which took place across the entire country, was a collaborative initiative between the Drug Control Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Patrol Service Directorate.

According to a statement from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, these joint preventative raids are specifically designed to detect drivers impaired by narcotics. The recent two-day operation resulted in the identification of five such violations. Measures have been taken against the offenders in accordance with the law.

The authorities emphasized that these raids are crucial for preventing traffic accidents and ensuring the safety of all road users.
