Kyrgyzstan Weather: Rain and Thunderstorms Expected on June 18

Kyrgyzstan is bracing for a day of mixed weather, with forecasts predicting rain across the country, accompanied by thunderstorms in some areas. The meteorological service has issued warnings for potential downpours, advising residents to be prepared for unsettled conditions.

The capital city, Bishkek, is expected to have a mild night with temperatures around 19 degrees Celsius, climbing to a high of 32 degrees Celsius during the day. The surrounding Chuy region will experience similar conditions, with nighttime temperatures around 17 degrees Celsius and daytime highs reaching 33 degrees Celsius.

Further south, the Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken regions are forecast to be warmer, with nighttime temperatures hovering near 18 degrees Celsius and daytime temperatures potentially reaching up to 34 degrees Celsius. In contrast, the mountainous Naryn region will remain cooler, with nighttime lows of 9 degrees Celsius and daytime temperatures reaching 27 degrees Celsius. The Issyk-Kul region will also see cooler temperatures, with lows of 9 degrees Celsius at night and highs of 28 degrees Celsius during the day. The Talas region anticipates nighttime temperatures of 15 degrees Celsius and daytime highs of 31 degrees Celsius.
