Kyung Hee Cyber University launches tailored job support for hotel management students

Kyung Hee Cyber University's Hotel Management department is actively supporting its students' career aspirations through a newly launched, customized employment program. In collaboration with Hotel In Network, the department aims to provide systematic assistance for students seeking jobs or career changes within the hotel and service sector.

The program goes beyond one-off career lectures, functioning as a mid-to-long-term career project. It considers each student's capabilities, goals, career path, strengths, and desired roles. The process begins with online lectures on industry hiring trends, job strategies, and desired candidate profiles. This is followed by multiple one-on-one consulting sessions.

The core of this program is to equip students with fundamental competencies for the hotel and service industry through our curriculum and help them refine their job strategies with personalized support from Hotel In Network.

During these consultations, students receive detailed analysis of their strengths and weaknesses. They learn to effectively write resumes and cover letters, prepare for interviews, and develop strategies for specific companies. A key feature of the program is its close, step-by-step support throughout the entire job-seeking process, tailored to individual goals and company requirements, rather than just providing job information.

This initiative has already yielded tangible results, with a student from the 2026 first-semester cohort securing a position at 'Four Points by Sheraton Seoul' after completing the program's components. This early success highlights the program's practical effectiveness. The department attributes this achievement to the synergy between its systematic curriculum and Hotel In Network's industry-focused support.
