LeBron James to Wear No. 23 for Philadelphia 76ers

LeBron James is set to wear the iconic number 23 for the Philadelphia 76ers, as the team officially announced the signing of the NBA's all-time leading scorer. James has agreed to a two-year contract worth $8 million.

The Sixers showcased their anticipation by posting a photo of James' blue jersey hanging in a locker, complete with a crown, a nod to his "King James" nickname. His name has also been added to the team's official roster.

General Manager Josh Harris shared his enthusiasm, stating, "I can't wait to see LeBron alongside Jaylen Brown, VJ Edgecombe, Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey, and our talented team as we work to bring a championship to Philadelphia." James, who previously won championships with the Miami Heat, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Los Angeles Lakers, aims to become the first player to win an NBA title with four different franchises. The 41-year-old star chose Philadelphia, believing he can lead them to a championship, ending the team's 43-year drought.
