Paraguayan actress and television host Letizia Medina marked her 50th birthday on July 15, embracing the milestone with joy and professional engagement. Just days after her birthday, she is set to return to the stage in a new theatrical production titled "Dulce Espera," which premieres on July 31 at the Teatro de las Américas. Medina, known for her work on ABC TV and ABC Cardinal, shared her enthusiasm for this new chapter, stating, "I love this stage of my life." The play, "Dulce Espera," written by Hugo Robles, delves into the themes surrounding the anticipation of a new baby, exploring the anxieties, preparations, and familial dynamics, particularly the playful disputes between grandmothers, that accompany such an event. Medina will share the stage with fellow actors Andrea Quattrocchi, Natalia Cálcena, Ato Gómez, and Francisco Gubetich. Reflecting on her multifaceted career, Medina discussed how she manages her time between radio, television, and theater, alongside her family commitments. She noted that her current year is somewhat more relaxed as she is not hosting a morning radio show, allowing her to focus on new projects.
