Lima Metro Line 1 sets September 2026 operating hours

Lima Metro Line 1 has published the operating schedule it will use throughout September 2026 on the route connecting Villa El Salvador with Bayóvar.

From Monday to Friday, trains will run from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Frequencies will change during the day, with the shortest intervals during peak periods. Trains will arrive every three minutes from 6:18 a.m. to 9:27 a.m., and again from 4:33 p.m. to 8:12 p.m. The interval will reach 10 minutes at the start of service and six minutes during the final period before closing.

The weekday timetable includes 444 regular trips and 76 additional trips, for a total of 520. On Saturdays, service will also run from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Intervals will range from 10 minutes at the start of the day to between 3.5 and 3.7 minutes during the periods with the highest frequency. The Saturday schedule includes 418 regular trips and 78 additional trips, totaling 496.

Sunday operations will begin later, at 5:30 a.m., and continue until 10 p.m. The service will use different intervals from those on weekdays, with the timetable adjusted for weekend passenger flows.
