French President Emmanuel Macron hailed Indonesia as a key strategic partner in the Indo-Pacific during a state visit by Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto to Paris. Macron pointed to the recent arrival of the first Rafale fighter jet in Indonesia as tangible evidence of the deepening and dynamic relationship between France and Indonesia.
