Head of the Maluku Immigration Office, Doni Alfisyahrin, stated that this commitment directly follows instructions from the Director General of Immigration, Hendarsam Marantoko. Alfisyahrin urged all personnel in Maluku to immediately implement the Director General's directives, emphasizing a unified focus on performance targets and abandoning unproductive work cultures.

Alfisyahrin stressed that internal improvements must translate into tangible service enhancements for the public. He called on all immigration employees in Maluku to maintain professionalism and integrity in their duties, asserting that clean public service is crucial for restoring societal confidence in government institutions, particularly in immigration.
