Man's body found at Clondalkin recycling center in west Dublin

Gardaí are investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a man's body at a recycling center in Clondalkin, west Dublin. The deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Andrew Haire, who had been availing of homeless services in Dublin and Cork.

Haire's remains were found at the recycling facility shortly after 9 p.m. on Friday. The Office of the Chief State Pathologist and the Garda National Technical Bureau were notified, and a post-mortem examination was conducted on Saturday. The results of the post-mortem will not be released for operational reasons, according to gardaí.

A senior investigating officer is leading the investigation, with an incident room established at Lucan Garda Station. A family liaison officer has been appointed to support Haire's family during this difficult time. Gardaí have released Haire's name in an effort to appeal for public assistance.

Authorities are seeking information regarding Haire's movements between Friday, July 17th, and Friday, July 24th. He is believed to have been in Dublin, Kilkenny, and Cork city centers during this period.
