Marshall Launches New Acton IV and Stanmore IV Home Speakers in South Korea

Global audio brand Marshall has officially released the fourth generation of its popular home speaker series in South Korea, introducing the Acton IV and Stanmore IV models. These new releases aim to enhance the user experience with upgraded sound capabilities and expanded connectivity options, all while maintaining the brand's signature classic aesthetic.

The Acton IV and Stanmore IV boast significant improvements in sound performance, including upgraded tweeters, waveguides, and newly designed bass ports. Marshall highlights the inclusion of dynamic loudness technology, which ensures a more balanced sound profile regardless of volume levels, and an improved limiter function to maintain audio clarity even at high volumes. These enhancements are designed to deliver a richer and more powerful audio experience for users.

Connectivity has also been a key focus, with the new speakers supporting Auracast technology. This allows for seamless multi-room audio setups, enabling users to connect multiple speakers simultaneously. Furthermore, integration with the new 'Heddon' streaming hub facilitates the creation of a multi-speaker environment that can even include older models like the Acton III and Stanmore III. Traditional connectivity options, such as RCA and 3.5mm AUX inputs, are also supported, allowing for connection with turntables and other audio devices. Users can also utilize a dedicated app for EQ adjustments and room calibration.

Marshall has preserved the iconic design elements that define its brand, featuring PU leather finishes and brass control panels. The MDF cabinets are constructed from FSC 100% certified wood, and key components like the knobs and grilles are designed for easy replacement, emphasizing product longevity. The Acton IV and Stanmore IV are available in black and cream colorways, with the Acton IV priced at 470,000 won and the Stanmore IV at 640,000 won.
